Our spin on this tangy summertime dessert gets an extra kick of zesty fruit flavor through an infusion of fresh lime and juice from the kalamansi, a tangerine-kumquat hybrid that is widely cultivated in the Philippines.
From the Chef: S’more production creates a lot of broken graham cracker pieces, so Jean-François set out to develop a caramel recipe that would utilize the excess. Key lime with a little kalamansi has a nice citrusy note that blends well with the flavor of honey graham cracker.
