From the Chef:Caramelized rice crispy is a key ingredient in many of our confections so there are always bits and pieces left over. Jean-François developed this recipe to utilize the excess. The initial response to his scrumptious little “rocks” was so positive that he incorporated the confection into Brooklyn Born® Chocolate’s signature line.
