Shipping Policy
Buyers are responsible for reviewing shipping address information carefully and including all numbers linked to multi-unit residential and/or office buildings (apartment, suite, floor, etc). When shipping information is incomplete, UPS returns orders to the seller (Tumbador Chocolate) and charges the seller a $16 Exception Fee. In the event of an Exception, the seller will reach out to the buyer via all contact methods available to inform the buyer that the issue has occurred. The $16 Excpetion Fee will then be applied to the credit card provided by the buyer.
