Please review shipping address information carefully and be sure to include all numbers linked to multi-unit residential and/or office buildings (apartment, suite, floor, etc). When shipping information is incomplete, UPS returns orders to the seller (Brooklyn Born Chocolate) and charges the seller a $16 Exception Fee. In the event of an Exception, the seller will reach out to the buyer via all contact methods available to inform the buyer that the issue has occurred. The $16 Exception Fee will then be applied to the credit card provided by the buyer.
